Shipping and delivery

For Malaysia order

RM8 will be applied to all orders ship in West Malaysia. Free shipping with purchase of RM120 or above. 

min. RM16 will be applied to all orders ship to East Malaysia. Free shipping with purchase of RM280 or above

The shipment tracking number will be emailed/SMS to you once it's available.

For International order

We will ship your order via international express service, the shipping duration will depends on the destination.  

Shipping Address

We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase. Please ensure the address and phone number provided is correct and reachable when completing your order.

We will not be liable in the event of an incorrect shipping address is provided and good(s) are returned to us. All re-delivery of good(s) to you will be charged for a associated shipping charges which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.

Shipping Time

Courier delivery takes around 1-3 working days for delivery *depending on area, where further area or East Malaysia will require more days.

We have no control on the exact time for your parcel to be delivered as courier services is provided by a 3rd party company.
