West Malaysia

Flat shipping rate: RM8
Free shipping for orders RM120 and above

East Malaysia

Flat shipping rate: RM16
Free shipping for orders RM250 and above

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, allowing you to track your parcel at any time. Sometimes, it might sent into junk mail.

International Orders

We ship worldwide via international courier services.

Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your destination country and will be calculated during checkout.

Please note that any import duties, taxes or custom charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number and email address are accurate before completing your order.

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Hoppa Babyfood is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed promptly and delivery usually takes:

West Malaysia: Approximately 1-3 working days
East Malaysia & remote areas: Delivery may require additional working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. including courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays or peak shopping periods.

As all deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time.
