We use fresh imported Norway Salmon fresh for salmon floss making. Salmon is a great source of healthy fats (Omega 3, DHA), high quality protein, Vitamin D and minerals (ie zinc, iron). DHA plays a crucial role in brain development and function, protein is essential for healthy muscles, tissues and organs growth. Vitamin D helps to strengthen the growth of bone and teeth.

Storage
