Ingredients

For the Salmon Rice Balls:

  • Cooked white rice
  • 1 tsp black sesame seaweed powder
  • 2 tsp Original Salmon Floss
  • A drizzle of organic walnut oil
  • Rice ball mould

For the Beetroot Rice Balls:

  • Cooked white rice
  • Beetroot powder
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder
  • A drizzle of organic walnut oil
  • Rice ball mould

How to Make Easy Salmon Rice Balls

1. Prepare the Rice
Add the cooked white rice into a mixing bowl.

2. Add the Flavour
Add 1 tsp black sesame seaweed powder and 2 tsp Original Salmon Floss.

3. Add Walnut Oil
Drizzle in a little organic walnut oil and mix everything well until evenly combined.

4. Shape the Rice Balls
Scoop the mixture into a rice ball mould. Close the mould and gently shake until the rice forms a compact little ball.

5. Make the Beetroot Version
For the second flavour, repeat the same steps and add a small amount of beetroot powder to the rice mixture. Mix well until the rice turns a naturally vibrant colour.

6. Serve & Enjoy
Place the rice balls onto a baby-friendly plate and serve once they have cooled to a safe temperature.
